🛠️ Printing, Fitment & Material Guidelines

1. Custom-Drill Mounting Bosses (CRITICAL)

  • Slicing Requirement: You MUST use slicer modifiers to print these 4 mounting bosses at 100% solid infill. If you print them with standard hollow infill, the hubcap will crush when you tighten the nuts down.

  • Drilling: You will need to manually drill these 4 holes to the exact diameter of your specific bolts/studs. This ensures a tight, custom fit with zero vibration or play on the wheel.

2. Extreme Material Requirements
Because automotive wheel accessories are subjected to high impact, intense rotational forces, and extreme brake heat, standard PLA or PETG is not suitable. This design is optimized for Fiberglass-infused filaments. Buyers must use fiberglass composites (or equivalent high-temperature/high-impact engineering materials) to ensure the physical products survive real-world road conditions and maintain structural integrity around the lug nuts.
