- What it is: A straightforward purchase that gives you a high-quality digital copy of the song, just like buying a track from any major music store.
- Who it's for: Fans who want to support my work and listen to the song on their personal devices.
- Usage Rights: This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You can listen to it as much as you want, but you cannot re-upload it, use it in your own video or creative projects, or re-distribute it.
2. Artist License (Non-Exclusive)
- What it is: This license grants you the right to create and release your own version of the song. You can hire your own musicians, use your own voice, and produce the track in your unique style.
- Who it's for: Recording artists, singers, and bands who want to record, release, and perform an original song without having to write it from scratch.
- Usage Rights:You get to record, distribute, and sell your own recorded version of the song on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.As the original songwriter, I retain 100% of the songwriting and publishing rights. This means you must credit me as the writer on all official releases.This is a "non-exclusive" license, meaning other artists may also license the same song.
- Royalties: You keep 100% of the income from the master recording of your version. I, as the songwriter, will be paid standard songwriting royalties (mechanical and performance royalties) through Performing Rights Organizations (PROs) and distributors.
3. Buy Outright (Exclusive Rights Purchase)
- What it is: This is a full buyout of the song. You purchase all rights to the song—the lyrics, the melody, and the original AI-generated recording. It becomes your property entirely.
- Who it's for: Artists, publishers, or companies who want complete and exclusive ownership of a song, to use it as their own original work without any future obligations to me.
- Usage Rights:You acquire 100% of all copyrights and ownership.You can release the song as your own, claim writing credit, alter it, and license it for use in film, TV, or commercials.Once purchased, the song is removed from my catalog and will never be sold to anyone else.
- Royalties: You (or your entity) will collect all future royalties and income from the song without any further payment to me. This is a one-time transaction for a complete transfer of ownership.
